In tribute to Arne Jacobsen and one of his architectural masterpieces, the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, Fritz Hansen will introduce a selection of furniture designed by Jacobsen for the hotel in a new range of colours. The Egg™, Swan™ and 3300™ Series were amongst a collection of designs created by Arne Jacobsen for the hotel which opened in 1960. The collection of furniture will now be introduced for the first time with a base in warm grey and a complimenting upholstery in earth and sand tones. The new colours add an original dimension to the classic designs, offering an alternative solution for the modern living environments.
